These locations make it difficult to track packages and increase the risk of misdelivery or loss.
To ensure there are no lost or stolen parcels, we send all shipments by courier requiring a signature on delivery.
If you receive a notice stating delivery was attempted while you were out, please follow its instructions regarding alternate delivery date or parcel pick-up.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number from either UPS or Correos, allowing you to track your package in real time.
Once your order has been sent, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. Please contact UPS or Correos to make changes on the delivery.
Orders shipped within the European Union include all applicable duties and import fees, covered by Vitruve.
For all other countries, orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means:
