RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date your receive the product/s to request a return.
After 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 

Eligibiliy for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without informing.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be issued in these cases:

  • Items that are not in their original condition

  • Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time to post

  3. Contact your bank, processing times may vary

If you’ve completed all steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@vitruve.fit.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange:

  • Email us first at contact@vitruve.fit

  • Wait for our reply with instructions before sending any item

Important: If you send a product without prior authorization, we cannot guarantee the exchange will be processed.


Return Shipping

To initiate a return, please email contact@vitruve.fit for shipping instructions.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If your refund is approved, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund

If returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
